CCMR TRacking spreadsheet (District)

The district CCMR tracking spreadsheet is how I tracked individual student, campus and district progress to meeting CCMR readiness. This sheet was also individualized for campus leadership to aid in planning CCMR iniatives on their campuses such as TSI Testing, Texas College Bridge enrollment and recruitement for Dual Credit/Dual enrollment and CTE. This document is created for each cohort after school day SAT Testing in Junior year.

CCMR Data - Portfolio

CCMR TRacking spreaDsheet (campus)

The CCMR Tracking sheet is my way of collecting all the data I need for the senior class. It contains the schools students applied to, FAFSA/TASFA status, CCMR Point Status, and more. I also use it to send automated emails to students for important reminders and resources they can use. These emails are personalized to the student and contain their data from the spreadsheet.

To make this google sheet effective, I also use the Google Forms below to collect student information that directly imports into my CCMR Sheet.

TSI Master 2021-2022

TSI Google Sheet

In order to keep track of senior TSI scores, I created a master TSI google sheet. This sheet tracks several data points including who will earn a point for CCMR, which tests a students needs, and the pass/fail rate.

This sheet was initially created for my campus but then was used as the standard for all high school campuses.

This sheet is also used to determine what students are pulled for testing and when.

TSI Shutdown

In my current district, all seniors are required to take the TSI at least once before graduation. Due to the large number of students needing to take the TSI in both subjects, I successfully advocated for a campus-wide shutdown day. While 9th -11th grade took the PSAT, all seniors took the TSI. If students were exempt or had passing TSI scores, they took the ASVAB. This was replicated on the other high school campuses.

Dual Credit Google Sheet

This google sheet is how I track dual credit applicants. It is set to send automated emails at each stage of the process. This system ensured that students had complete applications and that they were entered into the correct courses during scheduling. I was also able to use the data from this sheet to determine master schedule needs for admin on my campus.

Dual Credit Interest Form - I used this form to collect student information in my dual credit google sheet

Dual Credit Night Website - To promote dual credit throughout the district, we host dual credit night. In 2020, I built a dual credit night website where students and their families could continue to access dual credit information from the individual high school campuses.

College Adviser Guide

Adviser Guide

The College Adviser Guide was created to ease the transition for new hires in my college and career center. This guide serves as a reference tool that they can use throughout the year. Since it is a google doc, it makes it easy to update with new information and better systems as we find them.

Adviser Monthly Calendar - In the Adviser Guide, I also included a monthly calendar, to help advisers identify important tasks for each month. This helps them stay organized without getting overwhelmed with the amount of tasks throughout the year.
